"Unhelpful and not interested in domestic clients"

Extremely unhelpful and not interested in dealing with smaller domestic jobs, despite the claims on their website. Would not provide a quote for fitting a bathroom extractor fan but just gave me an hourly rate with no indication of how long the job would take and therefore what the price would be. Clearly not interested in dealing with smaller jobs, although this one could have actually led to much more work. I would not recommend for domestic clients..
