Although the guys were polite and friendly I do feel there was subtle pressure to ensure a sale of a car that was not really in my best interests . I was expected to absorb technical jargon, not allowed another test drive nor was I encouraged to take time to think about the big decision of a new car and hire purchase. Every thing moved so fast that I feel I have signed my life away to a car that us not entirely right for us as a family and to 4 years of repayments. They new I was not sure and somewhat confused yet wasn't encouraged to sleep on it. 24 hours later they wont take the car back. I am so stressed and tired. I don't see anyway forward. Was even asked by the salesman to give him a 9 or 10 on the customer survey so he could get paid! If that's not pressure I don't know what is. The car has a scratch that was hidden by the price sticker. I was told this can be polished away. Where was my right to refuse the car. I wasn't given any option apart from telling me it can be polished. Hoping this can all be solved positively or I shall have to take it further..
