"No hinge on grill door"

When I finally got through to customer services I was passed to four different people and departments ( 50 mins on phone) to be finally told that I had to go back to the store where the item was purchased which is a bit of a joke reall. Went to store the next day and the girl who looked after me had to ring the same number as me to get through ( surely the store should have a direct number) then I was told I need the serial number to replace item . Surely the serial number and model number would be on the original paperwork. Didn't have serial number with me ,why would I have it . Then I was given 3 phone numbers for the store. Which as you guess nobody is answering. A big company like this with a diabolically poor customer services. I will never shop here ever again..
