"Impossible to contact by phone!"

Despite assurances that I could phone with requests/enquiries, attempted calls goes unanswered & there’s no way of leaving a message. My newspaper hasn’t arrived despite leaving vouchers for 4 weeks at the shop. I’m deeply disappointed & concerned. I’d like to be able to make other orders but it’s impossible. Will now ask the NEXTDOOR community for their experience..
