"Tenants who upset residents"

My husband and I believe that your Rose hill office in Oxford is responsible for the tenants that they have placed in the property of no. 10 Lobelia Road, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, OX4 6QF. There are 19 properties on this road and at the moment, 17 of the residents are complaining about these tenants, firstly, they presently are taking up three parking spaces on the road, for two high powered and mousey BMW vehicles which they do not need, together with parking what appears to be a business can from Seville Development which, they are not supported to park on this road. They are also subletting the property, by having other people residing in the property with them. The are breaking the law and they need to know that government staff who live on the road are currently reporting them..
