This firm finally stopped trading at 33 Botley Road and passed on what remained of the business to NOPS at 47 Walton Street. Many of Pearce Alder's clients went to other agents and Hathaway's Lettings and Estate Agents have now moved into 33 Botley Road having totally refurbished the offices,.
